Toowoomba Care Support Services is a Service Provider that provides services for people living with disability in Toowoomba and Surrounds.

Our services are designed to cater diverse range of people living with mental health issues, various disabilities, and community care.

We transform communities by connecting people with one another, strengthening bonds, and creating endless opportunities. We work with all individuals of all ages experiencing disabilities or challenges to their physical, psychological, or social well-being. This can include but is not limited to assistance in activities of daily living, social support, community access, and maintaining employment.

We were established in 2020 by a Toowoomba local. Driven by his extensive years of experience in the business regime, he has developed understanding in providing quality services and possession of pervasive open communication skills. His main vision focus metamorphosed into creating opportunities for the community. Toowoomba as his hometown for many years, he envisioned to create a place for individuals to meet their needs of convenience and comfort that would embody his life work. He foresees a future that would stem much deeper than initiating a positive difference with its participants, families, allied health, and employees.

Toowoomba Care Support Services is proud of its vision and mission as it epitomizes drive, hard work, patience, and timeless compassion for the community.

We work in partnership with people and their families to help them identify their own needs and goals. We support them to attain a better life in their community. Our partnerships extend to clinicians, general practitioners, hospitals, and community health organisations.

Our services are focused on a person-centred approach that allows our participants to be in control of their own support and service, hence, promoting their independence. Our services are designed to be flexible to create a service that is compatible with our people.
